Day 2

Bye bye day two. New day tomorrow.

Here now in the room thanking Jesus for my iTouch and free access. It's so awesome how convenient life is.

It's time to go to bed, but at the moment, I'm Looking forward to coffee and pancakes for breakfast. Ha! Anyway, today wasnt so bad... But I think it could have been better. It was cloudy and it rained a couple of times. I hope it wont be like this for the rest of our stay.

Anyway Franco, my nephew, went loco as he played in the beach! Put a leash on that baby, he's on the loose!  I actually feel bad for him cause he looked really sleepy but he was just too excited! He doesnt even eat properly! Poor baby...

Currently reading this book for the second time. I love the insights:

Anyhoo, Im off to bed. Goodnight!

Sunshine Island

Will be waking up at 3am. I don't think I'll even sleep! I already packed, but I feel like I'm forgetting something... Wahhh...

Anyway, we'll be staying at this hotel, Regency. I like this part of the hotel cause as soon as you step out of the your room, you can dive into the pool! Then head out to the beach! Ahaha.
Will be seeing this baby in a few hours! :o)

Thrilled to Find This Picture

Kisses, hugs. These are the expressions of love that make life much more colorful and beautiful. This is my nephew, Franco. He's about 1.3 months here. Isn't he a cutie? (Please don't mind the hair. His parents want to grow it for now, perhaps like a Beiber thing or the Jonas Brothers)
Merry Christmas!!! Hope all of you are enjoying your vacation!

Merry Christmas!!!

From way back in College in '06. Couldn't find a decent picture of me with a tree. I'm not kidding.
Jesus is the Reason for the Season!!!

Franco In My Room

Here's Franco. My brother tied his hair cause it's so long already! Wahhh. Anyway, he's adorable when he plays with my bears.
He has an Eeyore tattoo!

Merry Christmas Eve!!!

How are you spending the holidays?

Have an awesome one!
I want to be a reindeer!

So I did the most spontaneous thing I could ever think of doing during Christmastime: last-minute shopping. I don't even remember the last time I did it! So I went with my friend, Migs, and we braved through the crowd in Trinoma. Thankfully, it wasn't as bad as I thought! Anyway, while I was enjoying myself, I had this foreboding sense of uneasiness as I knew I still had sch work to complete! Oh!!! SCHOOL! Why must you be that way!?

So... What can I say... As soon as I got home, I begged Migs to help me and TADDDDAAA! I can smell sweet victory in the cool December air! I was able to finish my paper!
Indeed, He is worthy to be praised.

Christmas Already?!? 2 More Days.

It seriously doesn't feel like Christmas. Why do I keep saying this? Well, when I was growing up every street corner around my neighborhood would sparkle with bright Christmas lights! The houses, the streets, would be heavily decorated and it seemed like people took the holidays wayyy too seriously. This time, people would rather save on electricity and be more practical with the decorations. . . Like us! HA!

Anyway, have any of you peeped through your presents already? My sister and I used to do that all the time when we were young. We were even considerate enough to tape it all back after!

Hmmm... If I were to choose my presents... These are what I will give ME!

Que linda!!! Ay ay ay!!! FOSSIL
I wish it was cold enough (for a few days) to wear this gray wool booties!!!
Waaay too precious! Imma need shades! TOMS

Ohwell... all good things must come to an end. Enough day dreaming... off to do school work.

Light Bulb!

This afternoon, I created a blog with a domain name that I wasn't too pleased with. I was impulsive and didn't have a better idea to make my heart jump. So I deleted my account. :o) It's only now that I remembered that I had a site that I have abandoned for a long time and it gave me the perfect idea. Go check it out if you want:

So I copied what I had as it was inspired by a poem that a friend did for me back in 2002:

Lying on my bed, remembering times
When we wrote letters, awaiting replies.
These moments are gone, painfully hollow,
The ocean divides, you're across the globe
You are my muse, an image of beauty
With tar-black hair, the envy of many.
Your eyes sparkle in the darkness of night.
Your crescent smile shines brighter than moonlight.
I recall the sensations, smiling.
No more can I hear your songs like the whale's,
But the songs that you've sung brings back good tales/
However bitter your absence may be,
Sweet aftertaste, a cup of ginger tea

Anyway, here's to me for publishing my first post!
